Thoth Intelligence is a small, deliberate team. We build the methodology, the consulting practice, and the networks that make AI-assisted strategic work rigorous, fast, and accessible. One capability at a time. Properly.
The company
Thoth Intelligence, Inc. is a Delaware C corporation incorporated on April 6, 2026. We chose Delaware for the same reason most technology companies do: a mature corporate-law system, investor fluency, and access to the venture ecosystem when the time comes.
The operational work — consulting, platform, research — happens from Germany. MarS by Mercury has been delivering strategic consulting from Germany since 2021. In 2026, Thoth Intelligence was founded as the platform and corporate infrastructure to scale what MbM built. The two are merging fully once the model is validated.
We're pre-revenue. We're currently closing our first engagements and preparing an initial seed conversation. If you are an investor, a client, or a potential specialist for the ARK expert network, get in touch.

How we work
We validate MarS by Mercury as a consulting practice before we launch ARK as a skills library before we scale the Thoth Archive as a publication channel. No boiling the ocean. No parallel moonshots. One thing that works, proved, before the next one begins.
Every MarS deliverable names what we don't know. Most consultancies sell confidence because confidence is what clients ask for. We'd rather be right than confident, and we'd rather name a limit than pretend it isn't there.
When we say AI-powered, we mean it literally. The ARK platform is real proprietary infrastructure, not a wrapper around a chatbot. Every engagement captures expertise as structured capability the next engagement can draw on. That's the compounding loop. That's the company.
