Who signs off? Who takes the consequences? AI can recommend, but it can't be accountable. Responsibility is the one thing you can never delegate to a model.
Is this actually new? Or is it a recombination of what the training set already knew? Only a human who understands the domain can make that call. And that call is what makes expert judgment irreplaceable.

The specialist knowledge applied during the engagement is captured on the platform as structured, reusable capability — not notes, not slide decks, but working tools the next engagement can draw on directly.
Future engagements pull from the growing skills library (ARK). Each customer benefits from the accumulated expertise of those before them. Original contributors share in the upside.

Launch MbM consulting + ship v1 of the ARK platform. Close first paying engagements and start capturing expertise.
ARK skills library goes live. Revenue sharing model activates. Every new engagement draws on and adds to the library.
